At Knives & Swords, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The product is unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging
  • The refund request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear

How to Request a Refund

Contact Support
To initiate a refund request, email support@knivesswords.us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the refund request.

Return the Item (If Required)
If a return is necessary, our support team will provide the appropriate return address and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received.

Refund Exceptions

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@knivesswords.us. Include clear photos showing the damage. After review, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
