Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A return or exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email support@knivesswords.us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and photos if the item is defective or damaged. - Request Review
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item if the request is approved. - Return the Item
After approval, ship the item to the return address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. - Inspection and Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or arrange for a replacement.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed based on product availability. If the requested replacement item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at support@knivesswords.us with photos of the issue. Depending on availability and the nature of the problem, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.
